The HSE "highly recommend" that anyone with a current HSE First Aid qualification attend some form of Basic Skills Refresher once a year to avoid skills fade. We can deliver these for you 'in house', charging expenses only as part of your initial training package or we can help you develop a programme so you can run them yourself in house through your own training department.
Basic Skills refresher sessions help prevent skill fade through time. It is essential in our view that we help you in any way possible maintain the skills of your first aiders.
